She is Paulina E. Nkini, A Bachelor’s degree holder in Laws, attained at the Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (TUDARCo):- and Currently a Practice Manager and Head of Labour Relations at PORT TOWN LEGAL.
My greatest passion is finding constructive solutions and fostering relationships between employers when both feel conflicted and in crisis, unsure of how to proceed.
Knowing that no single approach is ideal for everyone, so I have been trained in a range of modalities, equipped in all Labor Law procedure.
I have strong abilities in the area of policy making, and my work has been utilized by a number of companies to improve the employer-employee relationship chain and workforce. I have executed a number of Mutual Separation Agreements; consulted on and oversee Retrenchment and Termination processes; drafting of Employment Agreements; and lead Program Trainings on HR management and Employment and Labor Law Issues.
Recognizing the gap and the necessity of a proper chain of relations, I have an interest in building the legal framework for the continued existence of labor and employment relations as well as developing the essential resources for productive working relationships in work areas.
As I possess skills to meet workforce development needs, I am conversant in other spheres such as Corporate Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Criminal and Litigation in general. And I aspire to be more.
